ARTOVIA has been selected by Jefferson Parish to develop and define signage, facade and sidewalk improvement programs that can be feasibly implemented in areas around Lafreniere Park. These areas include Veterans Blvd., David Dr., Linwood Manor, Park Manor and Willowdale.
